Vero Software, the world’s largest and number one CAM specialist is pleased to announce the acquisition of the SURFCAM assets from Surfware, Inc., a US based software specialist responsible for thedevelopment of SURFCAM and the award-winning TRUEMill technology.

Commenting on the acquisition, Richard Smith, CEO of Vero Software says, "Across the enlarged Group, the complementary products address the worldwide need for efficient and innovative CAD/CAM/CAE technology.
